I tell you what, the "change of guards ceremony" at the Buckingham Palace is something comical.
Picture this: guards dressed in bulbous, black small-platformed shoes shined to mirror image perfection, black pinstriped trousers with hems two inches too high (lovely grey socks), tall furry black hats that rippled with every movement (depending on their rank), marching to a mixture of Elton John, Les Miserables and The Lion King performed by the band, their arms amusingly swinging at almost a perfect 180 degrees, 80 bpm's (really, quite unnecessary).
